Protection for Your Investment

Having a big part of your income riding on four wheels means that if your car gets stolen, breaks down, or becomes totaled, it won’t only break your heart; it could hurt your finances. As a Corning Credit Union member we can offer you affordable GAP and Mechanical Repair Coverage.

Mechanical Repair Coverage:

  • Covers mechanical repairs, rental reimbursement, 24-hour roadside assistance, and emergency travel expenses.
  • Available for any eligible vehicle up to 12 years old with 120,000 miles or less.
  • The cost can be included in your monthly loan payment.
  • Good at any licensed repair facility.

GAP Insurance:

  • If your vehicle is stolen or totaled, this coverage pays the difference between the insurance settlement and the amount that you still owe on your vehicle loan.*
  • For only $325, GAP can be added to a CCU vehicle loan and must be purchased within the first 90 days.

*GAP Insurance covers up to 125% of the vehicle value and there is a $25,000 maximum.
