Alerts – Monitor Your Accounts

Visa Purchase Alerts

These alerts notify you via text message or email when transactions are made in any of your CCU accounts.

Get started:

  • Log in to online banking 
  • Click on “Visa Purchase Alerts” in the Quick Links section on the lower right-hand side of the dashboard
  • Follow the on-screen instructions (you will need to enroll each of your cards for this service)

Additionally, our 24/7 Fraud Prevention Service enables us to detect unusual activity on your Visa credit or debit (CU-Extra®, X-treme, or ATM) card. If a suspicious transaction is detected, a Fraud Prevention Services Specialist will contact you via text or phone.

Sign up for personalized notifications to alert you when certain things happen on your account, including:

Get started:

  • Log into online banking
  • Choose “Alerts” from the Tools menu at the top
  • Select the desired alert(s)
