With a touch-tone phone, use D.A.D. to: 

  • Transfer funds between accounts, such as savings and checking.
  • Transfer funds between member account numbers using Cross Member Transfer.*
  • Verify deposits and withdrawals.
  • Verify CU-Extra® and Visa®  purchases.
  • Determine which checks have cleared.
  • Make loan payments.
  • Request a check withdrawal.
  • Obtain loan advances on your line of credit.

*Cross Member Transfer: 

  • Allows you to transfer from one member account number to another.
  • You need to enroll each member account number.
  • Your name must appear as either the prime or joint member on each account you enroll.
