Member Assistance Program – It’s Here for You
If you are experiencing job loss or other financial hardship, please call us. Our personalized approach can give you additional options based on your individual circumstances.
What type of assistance can CCU provide?
We have trained individuals on our team who can review your individual situation and see what options might be available for you. We will always attempt to work with our members and assist them through difficult times. We can also help with payment relief on qualifying loans through our Skip-A-Pay program.
What if I'm not experiencing financial difficulty right now?
We encourage members to contact us even if they are only anticipating future hardship. Once we understand your specific situation, we can discuss any options that are currently available to you. We can also help determine what may be available in the future should you begin experiencing difficulty.
If I lose my job, can I still be a CCU member?
Absolutely! Once you are a member, you will always be a member. By keeping your CCU account open and active, you and your family can continue to enjoy all the benefits of membership.
I've heard the government is offering assistance to homeowners. Is this true?
There are a variety of government programs available to homeowners in financial hardship. Through these programs, it is estimated that up to 9 million American families may be eligible to refinance or modify their loans to a payment that is affordable now and into the future. If you are having trouble making mortgage payments or believe you may in the future, please call us. We can help you determine if you are eligible for these programs or other assistance through our Member Assistance Program.
