Corning Credit Union has tens of thousands of members who choose to do business by phone and electronically – without ever stepping into a branch. To assist these members, we have several free products and services to make doing business with us easier.

Stay Connected Electronically

  • eBranch: As our 24/7 online service, eBranch allows members to easily check account and loan balances, view transaction history, make payments and transfers, add additional shares and services, and more. It’s like having your own personal branch available whenever and wherever you need it!
  • Windfall Checking®*: With our Windfall Checking account, receive no ATM fees nationwide, a competitive rate on your account balance up to $20,000, no minimum balance requirement, and no monthly service fee. All you need to do is receive your statements online, have a direct deposit into your account, and have at least 12 CCU Visa® credit or check card purchases posted to your account each month.
  • Mobile Banking & App Options: Free options for 24/7 account access that allow you to: manage your accounts, view copies of cleared checks or transaction history, make quick intra-account transfers, and find ATM or branch locations. Compatible with *Android, iPhone®, iPad®, iPod touch®, BlackBerry®, and other Internet-capable mobile devices.
  • Mobile Check Deposit** : Deposit checks anywhere, anytime. All you need to get started is your smartphone or tablet, our free mobile banking app, and a check!
  • Bill Pay: Pay bills electronically with our free Bill Pay service. It’s quick and easy and saves you both time and money.
  • Direct Deposit: Most employers and government agencies now offer the convenience of direct deposit. Have all or a portion of your pay deposited directly into your account each payday.
  • Dial Accounts Direct (D.A.D.®): D.A.D. is our free 24-hour telephone banking service. Don’t have Internet access? Use D.A.D. to perform most of the same transactions as in eBranch – in real time. Just call 800-677-4240.
  • CCU Text: View account balances, transaction history, lock and unlock eBranch access, and transfer funds via SMS (Short Messaging Service) text messaging. Just send a short command to 62965 from your registered cell phone or mobile device and we’ll reply within seconds.
  • Nationwide ATM access: Worried about having easy access to the cash in your account? CCU has access to ATMs nationwide.

  • Member Contact Services: Our CCU Member Contact Services team is available by phone to personally help you with everything from completing transactions to answering your questions.
  • Lending Contact Services: Call the CCU Lending Contact Services group with questions about your current loans or future loan needs. You can even apply for a loan or request an advance over the phone or online at your convenience!
