Corning Credit Union (CCU) is pleased to announce that Will Mitchell has joined the organization as a Mortgage Originator in its Wilmington, North Carolina market. He will be located in CCU's Porter's Neck branch but will meet with members in all CCU branches.

"Our team is easily one of the most efficient and professional that I have worked with," said Mitchell.  "Our focus is always on providing the best mortgage experience possible for our members and partners and we pride ourselves on impressing them every chance we get."

Mitchell has over 15 years of mortgage lending experience in the Wilmington area with various lenders including Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Paragon Mortgage and Irwin Mortgage.

"We are excited to have Will join our CCU team in Wilmington," said Robin Davis, Director of Operations and Member Experience, NC. "Will's years of experience as a mortgage lender will be an asset to helping CCU develop relationships and increase our mortgage lending presence."

Mitchell is involved in the community and is a member of the North Carolina Grand Lodge of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons, a member of Shriners International, Road Captain for the Carolina Coast Harley Davidson HOG group, a former board member of the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council, a former board member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Lower Cape Fear, and a Pop Warner football coach. He is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Cape Fear Community College. He resides in the Wilmington area with his wife Leslie, son Jackson and daughter Molly.
